Shipping and Returns

Due to COVID-19 all shipping will be delayed by an additional 2-3 business days. Please anticipate anywhere from 5-10 business days to receive your order. We appreciate your understanding during these unforeseen circumstances. Please contact our customer service number (647-691-0360) before your purchase if you have any questions.



  • For hygenic reasons, ALL items purchased are FINAL SALE. In the case that you have received the wrong order, please call our customer service number (647)691-0360 so we can quickly resolve the issue. We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received the wrong order).
  • Once you place an order for a custom made unit , there can be NO changes or cancellations as we start the process of construction immediately.
  • If you have a problem with an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product your having problems with. We will respond quickly and try and help you rectify the issue (tips and instructions on how to properly take care of the hair).

All hot tools are final sale, exchange only within 30 days if item is / becomes defective due to manufacturing problems, not caused by personal use.  


  • For all custom orders (custom made ponytails, our 5x5 wigs and any units with customization added) shipping can take between 7-10 business days. All other items (bundles, closures , full lace wigs etc.) shipment can take between 3-5 business days (not including weekends) for addresses within the GTA and surrounding area. PLEASE NOTE that all orders take between 24-48 hours to process the order. Sometimes we can ship your order the same day and it can be received as soon as the following business day. All billing and shipping addresses MUST be the same, we will not ship out your order and the money will be refunded to the credit card within 10 business days (unless there are any unforeseen instances in which you should immediately contact the customer service number)

Pick up Option

To pick up, you MUST pay via etransfer (bank deposit option at checkout). Our only pick up location for the time being is 150 Dan Leckie.

Unless you've spoken to us directly about inventory, expect the SAME time frame for pick up as shipping. We will let you know when your order is available for pick up. 💕

*We understand the excitement of receiving your order, however we are not responsible for any delays due to USPS, FedEx or Canada Post. Once shipment is processed, we will send an email to confirm your delivery is in the process of shipment.

*It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that they enter their address correctly (including buzzer code) as we will NOT be responsible for packages that are sent to the wrong address that the buyer has entered.

* We have the right to cancel the order and return all funds charged to your card for any reason. The sale is only legally binded once it has been shipped out.
